Ryo Tsuzukihashi has established the following personal information protection policy and promotes the protection of personal information by building a system for protecting personal information and by thoroughly ensuring awareness of, and efforts toward, the importance of protecting personal information.

Management of Personal Information

Ryo Tsuzukihashi keeps customers' personal information accurate and up to date and, in order to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, damage, alteration, leakage, etc. of personal information, takes necessary measures such as maintaining security systems and thoroughly establishing a management structure, implements safety measures, and manages personal information strictly.

Purposes of Use of Personal Information

Personal information entrusted to us by customers is used within the scope of the purposes we have specified, such as providing, operating, and improving our apps, analysis for improving our services, and responding to inquiries.

Handling of Health Data

Some of our apps (such as “YOU Receipt”) access and read the following health data through Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), after obtaining your explicit permission.

• Steps, distance traveled, and exercise time
• Heart rate
• Sleep data (sleep duration and sleep stages)
• Workout records (type, duration, pace, etc.)

We handle this health data as follows.

• Purpose of use: It is used solely to generate and display content (such as receipt-style images) on your device.
• Collection and transmission: Health data is processed only on your device and is never transmitted to, collected by, or stored on any external server.
• Provision to third parties: We never disclose, provide, or sell health data to third parties.
• No use for advertising: We never use health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Revoking permission: You can revoke access permission at any time from your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Health; Android: Health Connect app permissions). Even if you revoke it, you can continue to use the app's other features.
• Data obtained from HealthKit and Health Connect is handled in accordance with the respective guidelines set by Apple / Google.

Handling of Face Data and the Camera

Some of our apps that are operated by eye gaze (eye tracking), such as “EyeMole - Eye Whack-a-Mole”, “Miruna - Eye Guard”, and “Eye2048”, obtain the following information in real time through the front-facing TrueDepth camera and the face tracking feature of Apple ARKit, after obtaining your explicit permission.

• Position and orientation of the face (pose information of the face anchor)
• Direction of the eyes and degree of blinking (blend shape values)

We handle this face-related information as follows.

• Purpose of use: It is used solely to estimate where on the screen you are looking and to let you operate the game with your gaze.
• Collection and transmission: Camera imagery and face-related information are all processed in real time on your device. Nothing is ever recorded, photographed, or stored, and nothing is transmitted to or collected by any external server.
• What is stored on the device: Only calibration values for correcting the gaze position (numeric correction coefficients) are stored on your device. Facial images and face geometry data themselves are not stored. These stored values are erased when you delete the app.
• Provision to third parties: We never disclose, provide, or sell face-related information to third parties.
• No use for advertising or personal identification: We never use face-related information for advertising or marketing purposes. We also never use it for the purpose of identifying or authenticating individuals.
• Revoking permission: You can revoke camera access permission at any time from your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera). If you revoke it, gaze-based operation will no longer be available.
• Information obtained from the TrueDepth camera and ARKit is handled in accordance with the guidelines set by Apple.

Use of External Services (Third-Party SDKs)

Our apps incorporate the following external services, limited to those that each app requires. Each service handles information in accordance with its provider's privacy policy. We only use providers that offer protection equal to or greater than that of this policy.

• RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): Used to check and restore the purchase status of in-app purchases and subscriptions. It receives purchase history (receipt information such as product, purchase date and time, and expiration date), an anonymous user ID automatically generated within the app, and the type of device and OS. • Google AdMob (Google LLC) and its ad delivery partners: Used to display ads in the free version. They receive the advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID, only if you have allowed it), IP address, device information, and ad impression and tap activity. • Firebase (Google LLC): We use the features each app requires for account functions and data storage (Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Storage), notifications (Cloud Messaging), usage analysis (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash analysis (Crashlytics), prevention of abuse (App Check), and configuration delivery (Remote Config). • Google AI (Gemini API / Firebase AI Logic) (Google LLC): In some apps that perform AI-based analysis or text generation, only the images and text that you instruct to be sent are sent for processing. Google Privacy Policy
• Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple: Used for identity verification in some apps that have a login feature.

Tracking and opting out of ads: On iOS, if you deny the app tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), the advertising identifier is not sent. You can change this permission at any time in “Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking”. On Android, you can delete or reset your Advertising ID in “Settings > Google > Ads”.

Retention period and deletion: Data stored on our servers (Firebase) is deleted when you delete your account or upon request to our contact. Information held by external services is retained for the period set by each provider.

Prohibition of Disclosure or Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Ryo Tsuzukihashi appropriately manages the personal information entrusted by customers and does not disclose personal information to third parties except in any of the following cases.

• When the customer has consented
• When disclosing it to a contractor to which we outsource work in order to provide a service the customer requests
• When disclosure is required by laws and regulations

This service strictly protects the secrecy of communications in accordance with Japan's Telecommunications Business Act. Accordingly, we do not disclose the contents of communications to third parties except where there is a legitimate reason based on laws and regulations.

If you wish to inquire about, correct, delete, etc. your own personal information, we will respond after confirming that you are the person in question.
